When a video is uploaded, they are added to a "submitted video" list in the admin panel. You can attach thumbnails, edit titles & descriptions, preview the video, and re-encode the video to maximixe efficiency of both user experience and server bandwith. When the video is approved a automated email is sent to the video submitter! The email provides them with a direct link to there video. Don't like the video uploaded? Reject the video and the video will automatically be deleted from your server and a email will notify the video submitter on there rejection. You can even provide a specific reason in the rejection email!
